Ready to consign with us? Learn more about the process.

  • We take gear and clothes from reputable brands that you would see in stores like REI. Check that all zippers and buckles are functional. Please look over your items to make sure they are clean and the pockets are empty. Any pocket change we find will be invested into Pokemon cards.

  • We accept gear during business hours. Our staff will look everything over to make sure it has a place in our store. We may or may not be able to discuss pricing at the time of drop off so if you have suggestions please write them down for us to review.

  • Login through our consignor portal to check if your items have sold. Once they sell you can request a payout via direct deposit, check or another payment platform. If used as store credit we will give you a 10% bonus towards your balance!

Consignor percentage breakdown

items $0-$99.99 - 40% to consignor

items $100-$199.99 - 50% to consignor

items $200-$349.99 - 60% to consignor

items $350-$1500 - 70% to consignor

*For items over $1500 the evergreen gear exchange will take a flat fee of $500 if you take cash for your item or $400 if you use your share as store credit.

Here are some key takeaways from the consignor agreement:

  • WE ask you leave items with us for at least 90 days, if you decide to pick up an item early there is a fee

  • WE will hold items for up to 1 year, after that they will be added to our last chance sale rack (20-50% off), once they reach 50% we will reach out to see if you’d like to pick up your items or donate them. if we don’t hear from you after two weeks of us contacting you your items will be donated.

  • We process a $1.50 fee for mailing checks.

  • Payout options are check, direct deposit, or venmo. You can also you is as in store credit and we’ll give you a 10% bonus on top of your balance total!
